I’m a wife, mom, writer and coach. I use my journey of loss and living between worlds to help others navigate life’s transitions. My hope is that through my blog, fellow sojourners will know they are not alone. Through personal and corporate coaching my goal is to equip individuals and teams with the language and tools they need to successfully move through the stages of change.

3 Continents, 3 Cultures, 3 Kids

Born and raised in South Africa, I left my home to live in London, UK for 10 years before moving to Austin, Texas where we now reside with our three daughters. On the journey I've learned about leaving behind, looking forward, and living between worlds.

Pursuing Health and Wholeness

With a Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy, it is my passion to pursue health and wholeness for myself and for my clients. My training has made me acutely aware of the connection between mind, body, and spirit and it has become clear to me that clients need support to make changes in their physical, mental, and spiritual health. I have thus expanded my portfolio to include coaching and group facilitation to assist clients through the stages of change and help them on their journey towards health and healing. Apart from individual and corporate clients, I volunteer as a transition group facilitator for expat/cross-cultural families in my community, and as a bereavement group facilitator at my local hospice.

"The final stage of healing is using what happens to you to help other people."
